Our first disclosed programme, BLOOD REBUILD™: FAT TO BLOOD. SKIP THE iPSC STEP. Adult human cells from fat tissue, guided toward candidate early blood-forming cells for research.
UL BIO has established a strong preclinical proof-of-concept for programming adipose-derived human cells toward hematopoietic progenitor-like states, supported by human phenotype and lineage-associated differentiation data and mouse in-vivo evidence. Definitive human LT-HSC identity, reproducibility and clinical utility remain to be established.
