BLOOD REBUILD™
For Research Use Only · Not for Clinical UseFAT TO BLOOD. SKIP THE iPSC STEP.
BLOOD REBUILD is UL BIO's direct adult-cell programming programme for research teams studying early blood formation. It is designed to guide adult human cells from fat tissue - not bone marrow - toward candidate cells that resemble early blood-forming cells, without first converting the cells into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).
Now open for qualified research feasibility and scoped paid-proof engagements
Each engagement begins with a technical-fit review and defines the starting material, programme version, controlled inputs, required assays, evidence plan and deliverables before execution. BLOOD REBUILD is not a catalogue reagent, clinical product or therapeutic offering.
For teams
- Studying how early blood cells form.
- Building inherited blood-disease models.
- Exploring how candidate medicines affect cells.
Request a technical-fit review
Email bd@ulbio.tech with three things: your research question, your proposed starting material, and the output and tests you need. We will assess project fit and discuss a scoped research programme with you.
Where the evidence stands
The programme holds a strong preclinical proof-of-concept: a defined conversion workflow without exogenous genes (patent-described), human HSPC-associated phenotype (CD34, CD90, CD49f), partial erythroid-lineage output, and supporting mouse in-vivo donor-derived contribution. Definitive human LT-HSC identity, reproducibility and clinical utility remain to be established - see Evidence & status.
What comes next
Proof-building now focuses on three questions: Identity - what exactly did we make; Repeatability - does it work across donors, batches and operators; Function - what can the output actually do.
